What if I arrive late for my treatment?

Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply. Your treatment will end on time, in order for the next guest to not be delayed.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

Yes, 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling, if this is not adhered to, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.

What time should I arrive?

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. Please familiarize yourself with the location in order to leave ample time to get to the spa.

What do I do with my jewelry and valuables?

Lockers are available, we recommend however that you leave any valuables at home or in your car safe, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

What if I feel uncomfortable about something during the massage or treatment?

You can tell your therapist about how you feel, if you think you need to stop the treatment go ahead and do so. You should be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.

For a massage, should I take all my clothes off?

No you should undress only the top part of your body, we do provide gowns in the changing rooms and comfortable sliders for clients.  The therapists will keep you covered at all times, only the area being treated should be exposed.

What do I need to mention about any medical conditions?

Advise us prior to the treatment about any medical conditions, medication or pregnancy 

Cell Phones

Cell phones should be turned off when you arrive at Infinite Harmony. If you place your cell phone in the locker please have it turned off so ringing or message beeping does not disturb the treatment.  

Children

If you are planning to book a treatment with a child, make sure to inform us of the child’s age prior to booking the service and if you need to be present during the service.

Gift Cards

You can purchase from Infinite Harmony, if you lose it we will not replace it as it is your responsibility after purchasing.

Can I exchange my gift card for cash?

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash balance can be given as change
